Use this hotline to report conduct that violates our Code of Ethics, the law, or Solidy’s policies, such as harassment, discrimination, fraud, corruption, or misuse of data. It is open to employees, clients, suppliers, and anyone else.
- Anonymous, if you preferIdentifying yourself is optional. The form does not record your IP address or browser data.
- ConfidentialityOnly the Ethics Committee reads reports. If a report involves one of the partners, the investigation is handled solely by the other partner.
- No retaliationAnyone who reports in good faith will not be penalized or otherwise harmed, even if the concern is not substantiated.

Intake
Your report is assigned a reference number and stored with access restricted to the Ethics Committee.
Investigation
The Committee reviews the facts impartially and ensures that anyone named in the report has the right to respond.
Resolution
If a violation is confirmed, we apply the measures set out in the Code of Ethics and record the case as closed.
