Senior finance leadership, scaled to fit your business.
A CFO, an FP&A lead and a financial analyst dedicated to your company, with a monthly cadence, KPIs and forecasts so you can make informed decisions based on reliable financial information.
Your company has grown. Has your finance function kept up?
Most companies outgrow their finance function long before they can justify a full-time CFO. In that gap, big decisions get made on incomplete information.
- You set prices, hire and invest without knowing the true margin on each product, customer or contract.
- Cash comes up short at month-end, even as sales grow.
- Your bank, an investor or a co-owner asks for projections, and no one in-house knows how to build them.
- Your accounting keeps the past up to date, but no one turns those numbers into next steps.
If two or more of these sound familiar, it's time for real finance leadership.
Your accounting tells you what happened. A CFO helps you decide what to do next.
The two roles complement each other. Plenty of companies have a good accountant and still no one looking ahead.

What is CFO as a Service?
CFO as a Service is fractional finance leadership: an outside CFO who works with your company on an ongoing basis, taking part in decisions, organizing financial information for management and leading planning, just as an in-house CFO would.
CFO as a Service can work alongside your company's controllership function, whether in-house or outsourced. While controllership organizes and analyzes management information, the CFO leads financial planning and supports strategic decisions, within the agreed scope.
What sets it apart from a one-off consulting project is continuity: instead of a report and a recommendation, the company gets a monthly management cadence, with clear owners and defined deliverables.
The model is the best fit for companies that have outgrown what accounting and day-to-day finance can answer, but can't yet justify a full-time CFO.

How does CFO as a Service work?
We assign an outside team (a CFO, an FP&A lead and a financial analyst) that takes over your company's financial management with the same presence as an in-house finance leader: attending meetings, tracking the numbers and owning the deliverables.
How is this different from hiring a full-time CFO?
You get three levels of seniority under one contract, with no recruiting, payroll tax or retention costs, and a team that brings proven methods and tools. The model also adjusts to where your company is today.
I already have an accountant and in-house finance staff. Do you replace them?
We don't need to replace anyone. We work alongside your accountants and your team, and the Strategic model is designed precisely for companies that already have day-to-day operations covered.
What kind of company is it right for?
Growing companies that already feel the lack of planning and KPIs but can't yet justify their own finance leadership, from small and midsize businesses to multinational subsidiaries.
Is there a minimum contract term?
The engagement is ongoing and starts with the assessment. We agree on an initial period to set up the cadence; after that, you can continue, expand or end it with advance notice.
Do you work with the ERP I already use?
Yes. We integrate with your company's system and, when it makes sense, build BI dashboards and automations on top of it.
