Privacy and Cookie Policy

1. Who we are
Solidy Consulting e Contabilidade LTDA (Solidy Consulting), enrolled with the CNPJ (Brazilian corporate taxpayer registry) under No. 08.234.150/0001-71, with its principal office at Av. Paulista, 1471, 11th floor, 01311-927, São Paulo, SP, Brazil, is the controller of the personal data processed on this website. 2. Who this Policy applies to
Anyone who visits solidy.consulting and its pages, anyone who applies to join our network of partner CFOs, and anyone who sends us data through our forms, WhatsApp, email or phone.
3. What data we collect
- Identification and contact details: name, email address and phone or WhatsApp number.
- Applications to our network of partner CFOs: the link to your LinkedIn profile and, during the introductory conversation, any professional information you choose to share.
- Traffic source: campaign parameters (such as
utm_source) and ad click identifiers (gclid,li_fat_id), submitted together with the form. - Browsing data: IP address, browser, pages visited and cookies, as described in Section 8.
4. How we use your data
- To respond to your inquiry and present our services.
- To evaluate your application to our CFO as a Service network (fractional CFOs), talk with you and, if it makes sense for both sides, formalize the partnership.
- To learn which ad or channel brought in each contact, so we can improve our campaigns.
- To prevent fraud and form abuse and to keep the website secure.
5. Legal basis (LGPD)
We process your data under the LGPD (Brazil’s General Data Protection Law, Law 13,709/2018) on the following legal bases: preliminary procedures related to a contract, at your request (business inquiries and applications); legitimate interest (aggregate measurement, security and improvement of the website); and consent (statistics and marketing cookies, which you choose in the cookie banner).
6. Who we share data with
- Technology service providers that operate the website and our customer service: hosting (Hostinger), our internal relationship management and email system, always under confidentiality obligations.
- Google (Tag Manager, Analytics and Ads) and LinkedIn (ad measurement), only if you accept the corresponding cookies.
- Public authorities, when required by law.
Some of these providers, such as Google and LinkedIn, may store or process data outside Brazil. In those cases, the transfer follows the LGPD rules on international data transfers.
We do not sell or rent your data.
7. How long we keep data
- Inquiries and applications not approved: up to 2 years after the last contact, or until you request deletion.
- Partners and clients: for as long as the relationship lasts and, after it ends, for the periods required by law.
- Access logs: 6 months, as required by the Marco Civil da Internet (Brazil’s Civil Rights Framework for the Internet, Law 12,965/2014).
8. Cookies
On your first visit, a banner asks for your choice. Until you make it, only essential cookies are active. We use Google Tag Manager and Google Consent Mode, which tells our tools the choice you made. To change your mind, click Cookie preferences, also available in the footer of every page.

If you do not accept them, statistics and marketing cookies are not stored; Consent Mode may still send cookieless signals that do not identify you, for aggregate measurement. You can also block cookies in your browser.
9. Your rights
You may confirm whether we process your data, access it, correct it, request the anonymization, blocking or deletion of data that is unnecessary or processed in breach of the law, request its portability, find out who we share it with, withdraw your consent and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Email our DPO at dpo@solidy.consulting with the subject line “Direitos LGPD” (LGPD rights); we respond within 15 days. You may also file a complaint with Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
10. Security
We use encrypted connections, restricted access and logs that contain no personal data in the systems that receive our forms. In the event of a security incident that poses a risk to data subjects, we will notify the affected individuals and the ANPD (Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority), as required by law.
11. Changes
This Policy may change when we change our tools or services. The current version is always available on this page, with the date at the top.
