The right tax, paid on time, with every credit you're entitled to.
We run day-to-day tax compliance for small and midsize businesses and Brazilian subsidiaries of multinationals: tax calculations, tax payments, filings and tax credits, reconciled with the books every month. In a country that changes the rules mid-game, and will move to an entirely new tax system by 2033, this is no longer a back-office detail.
A tax error doesn't show up in the month it happens. It shows up as a penalty.
Filing on time is the bare minimum. What separates sound tax compliance from a hidden tax exposure is what happens before the tax is paid: master data, invoices and review.
- Tax paid in the wrong amount, with the shortfall surfacing months later, plus interest and penalties.
- PIS, Cofins and ICMS credits left on the table because no one reviewed the purchase invoices.
- SPED files, invoices and the books that don't tie out, and the Federal Revenue Service's data matching catches it before you do.
- A wrong NCM, CFOP or CST code in the tax master data, an error repeated on every invoice you issue.
If any of these has already happened at your company, start with a tax review.
From invoice to tax payment, every number checked twice.
We handle your company's tax compliance every month, cross-checking invoices, tax calculations and the books.

Everything your company files with the tax authorities, in one calendar.
Every filing has an owner, a deadline and a review. Each month you get the tax payment forms ahead of the due date, along with a report of everything filed.
Where tax matters most is where we do our best work.
Logistics, distribution, manufacturing, imports and Brazilian subsidiaries of foreign groups: businesses where a single tax detail can move the margin.
- ICMS-ST, DIFAL and interstate transactions involving tax incentives and special regimes
- Transportation and logistics: CT-e, freight tax credits and leg-by-leg taxation
- Imports: II, IPI, PIS and Cofins-Importação, and ICMS at customs clearance
- Outbound remittances: IRRF, CIDE, and PIS and Cofins on imported services
- Tax provision and effective tax rate (ETR) for headquarters reporting
- Tax calendar and reports in English for the global controller
Tax payments checked before they reach you, not after they're due.
Every month follows the same sequence: the payment forms in your hands before the due date, and the tax calculations explained.
Invoices
Inbound and outbound e-invoice XMLs pulled from your ERP and from SEFAZ (the state tax authority) and validated against master data.
Tax calculations
Taxes calculated with supporting workpapers, and credits checked line by line.
Tax payments
Tax payment forms sent in advance, with a summary of what changed during the month.
Filings
SPED files and tax returns filed and reconciled with the books.
The reform starts in tax compliance. And it's already underway.
By 2033, PIS, Cofins, IPI, ICMS and ISS give way to CBS, IBS and the Selective Tax (IS). Throughout the transition, the old and new systems run side by side on the same invoice, in the same tax calculation and in the same cash flow.
Test year: CBS and IBS shown on invoices at token test rates.
CBS replaces PIS and Cofins, and the Selective Tax takes effect.
ICMS and ISS are phased down year by year as IBS is phased in.
The new system is fully in place.
ERP and invoicing ready
Configuration of the new invoice fields, tax classification codes and product and service master data.
Tax credits under control
Under the new system, your credits hinge on the supplier and on the tax actually being paid. We track them from the source.
Pricing and cash flow modeled
Impact on margins, selling prices and working capital, modeled year by year through the transition.
Compliance is the baseline. Asking whether you could owe less is the next step.
The BPO team runs the day-to-day; the advisory team challenges the strategy. They talk every month, so you don't have to be the go-between.
